The AT-999 combines three zones in one unit: two induction plates and one infrared. The infrared centre zone is what sets it apart — it works with any cookware, including clay pots and pans that magnets will not grip, while the induction zones heat faster and hold temperature more precisely.
Total output is 3,400 W: 2,000 W each for the left and right zones and 1,200 W for the infrared centre. Nine power levels are set through the touch panel, with a cooking timer of up to 180 minutes.
The black crystal glass top resists heat and scratches and wipes clean in one pass. Safety features include a child lock and automatic cut-off when the temperature exceeds its limit.
Three edge finishes are available to suit your kitchen: bevelled, aluminium and stainless steel.
