AQUALUXE is a tankless reverse-osmosis purifier. What sets it apart from ordinary filters is an RO membrane fine enough to filter to 0.0001 micron — small enough to block up to 99.99% of pathogens, viruses, heavy metals and dissolved solids.
Its six stages run from a sediment filter for dust, rust and sand, through two carbon layers that cut chlorine and odour, then the RO membrane, a post-carbon stage that refines taste, and finally an alkaline filter that returns minerals and hydrogen for a softer finish.
At 600 gallons (about 2,270 litres) per day it fills a glass in seconds with no tank to wait for, and its 2:1 pure-to-waste ratio discards far less water than older RO systems.
The RO membrane is certified to NSF/ANSI 58, the international standard for reverse-osmosis drinking water systems.
